Dandelion Greens Chopped Fine

Try to use young dandelion greens. If they are young and tender they can be chopped from the tip down to where the stem meets the leaf. If they are older greens it is best to remove as much of the stem that is tough by folding leaf in half and cutting along the edge of the stem. Chop just the leafy part.
