5- Minute Blueberries with Yogurt
The vanilla yogurt makes a lovely complement to the flavor of blueberries in this quick-and-easy dessert.
Prep and Cook Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 pint fresh blueberries
4 oz vanilla or soy yogurt, stirred
1 TBS chopped walnuts
2 tsp grated chocolate (optional)
Directions:
Place blueberries into two bowls.
Top with yogurt, walnuts and chocolate.
Serves 2
