Avocado and Cilantro Salad

We eat this simple but delcios salad every week. It is very versatile and goes well well with a number of foods. It is fabulous on its own but can be used as an addtion to soups, chile, or in a soft taco, also with taco chips....

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut tomatoes and avocados into 1/4 inch - 1/2 inch pieces.
  2. Squeeze 1/2 lime over and add cilantro.
  3. Add chopped garlic and a small pinch of chili pepper. Mix and serve.
