Cucumber Yogurt

My mother used to make this during the summer.


Ingredients:

  • 500g low-fat/non-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 small cucumber, diced
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • garlic (optional)

Directions:
Mix the ingredients together for a tasty, refreshing drink to cool down during the heat.
