Digestive Health Salad

This is a complete meal for 1 person. It will greatly enhance your digestion. It does for me anyway.


Ingredients:
1 apple, cut into pieces
1 stalk celery, cut into small pieces
a few pieces of pineapple
a few berries
a few chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp fresh ground flaxseed
1 organic yogurt
2 probiotic capsules, opened and mixed with yogurt (secret ingredient)

Directions:
Combine all ingredients.
