Flax Seeds


Ingredients:

Directions:
Soak a quarter cup of unbroken flax seeds in a cup of your favorite fruit
juice, miso soup, or water, overnight in the refrigerator. Eat this first
thing in the morning- with or without the seeds -- for smooth digestion all
day long. This is the quickest and cheapest way to eat the freshest flax oil
which is exuded into the liquid.
