Carrot Salad

This is the simplest of all salads. It will give you a very refreshing feeling.

We love it.


Ingredients:

  • 2-4 carrots
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil

Directions:


  1. Shread coarsly two to four carrots (depending how many people are eating)
  2. Season with lemon juice and olive oil
