Ultimate Oatmeal

From Haiku:
The pineapple makes this very sweet without adding sugar.


Ingredients:
per serving

  • 1/3 cup regular oats
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon minced dried pineapple
  • 1 Tablespoon minced walnuts
  • 1 Tablespoon ground flax
  • Optional milk, cream, soy milk, rice milk
  • a sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions:
cook oats in water on stove or microwave
stir in pineapple, walnuts and ground flax
