Q I have heard a lot about not using extra virgin olive oil for cooking... Would direct cooking of olive oil to high temperature for only two minutes damage it?

While we do not recommend cooking with oil; if you choose to use this cooking method, be sure to select an oil with a high smoke point such as avocado, high oleic safflower, grapeseed, rice bran or coconut oil.
