Directions:

  1. Arrange sweet potao chunks in a 2 quart casserole dish that has a lid.
  2. Pour pineapple chunks and juice over the top
  3. Cover, and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees fahrenheit or until sweet potaoes are fork tender.
